- Please ask for the free manual when ordering the above temperature controls.
- When using the heater burnout alarm function with a standard model, the Linear Output Module cannot be used for the control outputs (heat). The Digital Controller provides transfer outputs at 4 to 20 mA for the PV and other values and control outputs at 4 to 20mA for the current outputs.
- Order Output and Option Boards.
- You can mount only one Output Board and one Option Board to E5EK or E5CK.

Features

- Bi-metal acts at settings less than HI to limit electrical input and depress temperature.
- Provides control for loads up to 15 amperes.
- Designed for operation in an ambient up to 180�F.
- Automatic compensation for line voltage fluctuations up to �15%
Gives infinite control for noninductive loads up to 15 amperes on 120 or 240 volts. Can be turned either to left or right to select proper heat from 0 to 100% wattage with infinite control over first 50% of total wattage.
Energized continuously in HI position, at other settings it delivers selected input level under control of a simple bi-metal timer.

Model A18TP

Solid State power controls provide variable control of single-phase constant resistance heating loads.
These small, ultra-light controls replace expensive, bulky variable transformers, saturable core reactors, and electromechanical contactors
Full-size, easy-turn potentiometers control the output voltage via power semiconductors, replacing failure-prone brushes or moving contacts to heating element temperature in virtually any* process heating application up to 25 amps (6000 watts @ 240VAC).
