AKINSUN tubular immersion heaters are designed to efficiently heat liquids and gases in a wide range of industrial applications. These heaters consist of hairpin-bent tubular heating elements that are welded or brazed into a mounting flange, creating a durable and reliable heating assembly.
The heater terminals and electrical connections are housed inside a protective junction box for safe operation. Many models are available with built-in thermostats, which include an integrated thermowell—a sealed hollow tube welded or brazed to the screw plug. This thermowell allows a thermostat sensing bulb to be inserted without draining the liquid from the tank or vessel, simplifying maintenance and temperature control.
AKINSUN immersion heaters are manufactured in a variety of standard wattages and sizes. The heating elements can be constructed from copper, steel, stainless steel, or Incoloy, depending on the application and the type of liquid being heated. These materials provide excellent corrosion resistance and durability for heating water, oils, chemicals, and corrosive liquids.
Many models can also be equipped with thermostats that regulate operating temperature or function as high-limit safety switches, ensuring reliable and controlled heating performance.
