16 1/4 in Quartz Element

The 16¼” Quartz Element is a precision-engineered heating component designed for high-performance commercial toaster and oven applications. Operating at 240V/900W with single-phase power, this element delivers consistent, reliable radiant heat output through its quartz construction, which enables rapid thermal response and efficient energy transfer across the full heating surface.

Constructed with ceramic end-to-end terminations measuring 16¼” from end to end and an overall installed length of 21 inches, this element provides a robust and thermally stable heating solution. The unit ships with 11″ wire leads pre-attached for straightforward electrical connection during installation or replacement. Compatible wire connectors are selected based on operating temperature: yellow plastic connectors (rated to 210°F max) for standard wiring configurations, and porcelain white connectors (rated above 302°F) for higher-temperature environments.

This quartz element is a direct replacement for OEM part number 204101 (Beckett, Belleco, Belshaw, Vollrath) and multiple Star part numbers including 187850, 197850, 7850, HT-187850, and HT-197850. It is engineered to meet the original equipment specifications for Holman/Star Oven models 214, 214C, 214H, 214HC, 214HX, and 214X, as well as all 714 series toasters with 3.6kW total power draw and TT960 units operating at 17.8 amps.
